Kurt Allen is responsible for enrollment management, financial aid, marketing and communications and serves as a member of NDNU’s Cabinet and Executive Management Team. His department leads and manages enrollment growth along with marketing and communications programs, including enrollment campaign strategies, sponsorships, multimedia plans, website development, media & public relations, internal, and external communications. Kurt joined NDNU in 2022 with 30 years of experience in building sales and marketing organizations, brand development strategies and customer focused operating models for international financial services and banking organizations. Kurt’s held executive leadership positions in Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, which has included Head of International Marketing & Customer Management with RSA Financial Group, Vice President of Marketing & Client Relations at Allianz North America, Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer for Ameritas Corporation, and Vice President, Marketing, Advertising & Brand at CreditOne Bank.
