It is truly an honour to be able to go from reading these emails to now writing one! My name is Rayhan and I was the Head of School for a (half) day. Today has been a unique yet wonderful experience, from having philosophical discussions with my ‘assistant’ Mr. Slinger to talking about the future of AI with Mr. McCulley-Haden.
In just a few hours, I really have learned a lot about what it actually means to be the Head of School. It’s about the tiny little details in the latest merch, the railings which need to be refurbished, and looking for opportunities to grow and expand as a community. I don’t know how Mr. Slinger manages to do it; he makes me realize how incredibly lucky this school is to have such an amazing leader.
