Our team works hard to make the application process as straight forward as possible, guiding you in helping determine if Â鶹ֱ²¥ is the right fit for your family. We follow an age-appropriate admissions process for each applicant.
2024/25 School Year Starting September 2024
We are accepting applications where space is available in Grades 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Before you apply, please , email admissions or complete the inquiry form to learn more.
2025/26 School Year Application Dates
There are some important dates with regard to application deadlines that we encourage families to take note of. The admissions application deadlines are as follows. Assessment dates and details will be distributed to applicant families after the application deadline has passed.
- Kindergarten Application Deadline: November 15, 2024
- Grades 1-12 Application Deadline: January 30, 2025
- Junior Kindergarten Application Deadline: February 14, 2025
Note: application for the 2025/26 school year will open in September.

At our Admissions Information Webinars, you will be able to learn about our approach to education and get a good idea about what becoming part of the community could look like.
open house tours
Explore the school, with Student Ambassadors as tour guides and Teaching, and Admissions staff present to answer your questions. Open Houses take place about once a month after school where you can drop-in anytime between 3:45pm-5:45pm on select dates.
OUR ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Our process is designed to evaluate students based on aptitude, personality, educational goals and ultimately, fit. We focus on getting to know each potential student and the Admissions Committee will make our admissions decision based on a plethora of criteria.
