Mary Haesloop has worked in higher education for over 22 years. She was the executive director of human resources at Â鶹ֱ²¥from 2005 until 2021 and returned to NDNU in the same role in 2024. During her tenure, Mary has led the human resources function in several areas including employee relations, training and development, project and risk management, union negotiation, operations management, policy and procedures, labor relations, budget management and EEO compliance. Mary has also worked at Palo Alto University in a similar capacity. Ms. Haesloop got her start in higher education in the School of Education and Leadership at NDNU. Prior to transition to higher education, she worked for the San Carlos School District in the district office. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University.
