Paula has have been affiliated with NDNU for 35 years, first as a student getting my her undergraduate degree in psychology, and after graduate schoolgraduating, as an instructor. As a licensed psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist, I Paula spent most of my her clinical career with Santa Clara County's Social Security Advocacy Program where I she assessed unhoused and chronically mentally ill clients for Social Security disability. I Paula also worked in a forensic capacity with Bay Area Social Security attorneys. I also and had the pleasure of working with one of my her neuropsychology mentors, conducting pre- and post-concussion assessments of elite athletes for the San Jose Sharks and the San Jose Earthquakes. As an instructor at NDNU, I havePaula had had the pleasure of teaching many undergraduate students over the years, and more recently, graduate students. I am always deeply touched by students' stories, and by their dedication to improving their lives through education.
